Saturday Delivery: There will be an additional $10 added to Overnight Express Charges
when requesting Saturday Delivery. Orders must be placed before 9am on Friday to be considered for Saturday Delivery.
Please note: Our fudge, caramel corn, and brittles have no special packaging
requirements. Only our chocolates have special packaging and delivery
requirements because of the possibility of heat affecting the appearance,
quality and taste. For your convenience, shipping charges are automatically
computed and added to your order. For a more extensive version of shipping
charges when shipping chocolates please read on. Otherwise, enjoy shopping
online.
Until recently Kilwin's was unable to ship our fabulous chocolates because of
extreme temperatures at certain parts of the year. We've come up with a
system to allow us to ship to all states every day of the year. We guarantee
our products will arrive in premium condition; if for any reason, your order
does not arrive in premium condition, we will be happy to replace it or
refund you promptly.
Shipping Chocolates from April 1st - October 1st.
All states will be upgraded to an EXPRESS (2-day) shipping method and charged
$4.00 for a sturdy insulated shipper with freezer packs to ensure the
chocolates won't melt excluding; Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan,
Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin which will only be charged $4.00
for the insulated shipper. The states listed above have a guaranteed two-day
delivery time and will be charged for regular (ground) delivery instead of
Express (2-day).
Shipping Chocolates from Oct 2nd - March 31st
All states will be charged for their preference of shipping delivery
excluding; Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana,
Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas which will
be upgraded to an EXPRESS (2-day) shipping method and charged $4.00 for a
sturdy insulated shipper with freezer packs to ensure the chocolates won't
melt.
Note: There are no additional charges for shipments to Alaska
or Hawaii.
For Express (2-day) Service, add $9.00 to regular shipping. For Overnight
Services, add $18.00 to regular shipping. For Saturday Overnight Delivery,
add $28.00 to regular shipping charges. These additional charges will
appear in your billing total.
All Express and Next Day Air online orders must be placed by 9:00am
EST on any weekday to be considered same day shipping.
No package is guaranteed same day ship out. Please call us if you need
assistance or if it is mandatory it goes out the same day.
AVERAGE PROCESSING TIME IS 48 HOURS.
Please be sure to place your order a couple days ahead to ensure timely delivery.
If an order is placed on Thursday, Friday or over the weekend it will be considered
a Monday package. We will elect not to ship any package over a weekend to guarantee
its arrival in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries
on any order.
International Shipping: We are sorry, but we only ship within the 50 states
of the United States. However, we will take orders from throughout the world
for shipment within the United States.
Arrival Dates: All ground orders are processed and shipped
immediately or at the very latest you must allow three business days
for shipment. With a requested delivery date, we will ship to arrive
a day or two in advance to compensate for unforeseen delays in transit.
