What started out as a single store back in 1947 has grown beyond our founders Don and Katy Kilwin’s wildest dreams. As our family business grows, we remain committed to only using the best ingredients to make our delicious products. We work with local and family farms to source what we need and make nearly everything at each of our locations.
Over that time, we’ve upgraded some of the tools we use, but we haven’t let quite everything go. Some of the equipment we use are the same ones that Don and Katy were using back in the 40s. This commitment to retaining our identity as an old-school chocolatier is core to our business.
