Team Member
Part-Time and Full Time (35 hrs/wk) positions are available for AM and PM shifts
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
-Assisting and ringing in customers using a POS system
-Scooping Ice Cream and preparing frozen beverages
-Making waffle cones and bowls
-Cleaning all areas of the store according to our brand standards
-Packaging our chocolates, truffles, cremes, etc.
-Restocking the retail zones of our store
Qualifications
-Food service or retail experience is not necessary but certainly a plus! We are willing to train the right people to join our team!
-For our opening staff, flexibility is a must! We are opening a brand new store and looking for people that are willing to learn and grow alongside us.
-Comfortable with a high volume store and managing long lines of people
-Take initiative in looking for a task to be completed rather than wait to be told what to do
-Customer service orientated and prioritize guests, even if in the middle of a cleaning or cooking task
-Willing to learn how to confidently describe and sell Kilwins products, including: ice cream, fudge, chocolates, corns, brittles, carmels, and more
-Are able to lift 50lbs and be on their feet for their entire shift
-Must have a food handlers certificate or obtain one upon hire
-Have reliable transportation
Candy Cook
Part-time and Full-time (35 hrs/wk) positions available are available for AM and PM shifts
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Complete training and pass assessment to learn Kilwins brand standards for cooking all products using a copper kettle (fudge, caramel and dipped items, caramel corns, and brittles)
-Use and execute cooking pars using a production log
-Keep a clean work work area in the kitchen
-Confidently engage guests to answer questions and sample product while cooking
-Be cross trained as a team member to confidently sell other Kilwins products and assist in all areas of the store when necessary
