We hand craft a wide variety of confections right in our candy kitchen. Watch as our hand crafted products are made in the store right before your eyes. See creamy Mackinac Island Fudge being paddled the traditional way on marble tables. Listen to the gentle gong of a wooden paddle on a copper kettle as sweet Caramel Corns and Brittles are being hand crafted. Watch as we hand dip fresh apples in our original Caramel recipe, developed by Don Kilwin himself, for The "Perfect" Caramel Apple. That is just the beginning. We also hand dip a variety of treats in our smooth and delicious Heritage Milk, Dark, or White Chocolate. Try a hand dipped pretzel, Twinkie, Oreo, Marshmallow or Krispie.
