• Kilwins Chocolates, Fudge, & Ice Cream in Minocqua is seeking a full-time, year-round, Assistant Manager. We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, and dependable individual with a positive attitude! Applicant must be at least 18 years old, have 1-year of prior experience in retail/food service leadership/management, possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, be able to stand for long periods of time, and able to lift 40lbs. Applicant must be flexible and available to work nights (summer), weekends, and holidays. The Assistant Manager open/closes store, prioritizes and directs daily operations, trains and manages staff, responds to customer concerns, handles register and equipment issues, assists with merchandising store, and motivates team members to practice Kilwins core values: treat others as you would like to be treated, do your best, and have fun!
