Located in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, just steps away from Main Street, our store is situated under twin orange awnings. We opened our doors on January 18, 1983 and have continued treating Ann Arbor to our exceptional hand-crafted Chocolates for over 30 years. In 1995, we expanded with a new ice cream parlor located next door. With the old-fashioned charm of our Chocolate Shop and the beautiful hardwood floors and brick walls in our Ice Cream Parlor and kitchen, Kilwins of Ann Arbor is a comfortable place to sit and enjoy your treats while people watching. Ann Arbor not only has a Kilwins tradition of high-quality Chocolates, hand-paddled Fudge and Original Recipe Ice Cream, but also a local tradition of a diverse population, world class arts and entertainment, eclectic shops, and is home to the University of Michigan. Our freshly made, in-store products
The delicious aroma of homemade Waffle Cones being made daily draws people into our store from blocks away. This is only one of many hand-crafted delights made on-site in our kitchen. Come in and watch as a variety of items are being made: hand-crafted Caramel, hand-paddled Fudge, and our Caramel Corn and Brittle all are made in traditional copper kettles. Watch as we dip Caramel Apples, spread Brittle out on the marble table or dip Cookies, Krispie Treats, or Pretzels in Milk, Dark, or White Chocolate.
