We make Mackinac Island Fudge the same way our founders did over 70 years ago. Along with our fudge, make sure to order our caramels and ask for caramel sauce on your ice cream Caramel, much like nearly everything on our menu, is made by hand. We make caramel sauce in an old-fashioned copper kettle like people have been doing for nearly 100 years. You can also try our caramel sauce with our caramel apples. We also offer chocolate-dipped snacks like marshmallows, fruit, and pretzels.
