Ever since Don and Katy Kilwin opened the very first Kilwins store in 1947, our staff has worked hard to create a store environment that captures a nostalgic Americana setting. Over the years, we’ve continued to refine and adapt our cooking processes to meet our high standards. We’ve also maintained our classic processes and machines: Many of the tools we use today are the same ones that Don and Katy started the business with. This blending of modern and classic is part of what makes our confections unique, bringing that classic taste to our customers in Florida and beyond.

We first introduced ice cream to our Kilwins stores in 1985, and like our chocolates and fudge, we use only the freshest and best ingredients from family farms. We use these ingredients to create our premium base, and from there, we add inclusions like caramel, fruit, chocolate, hand-chopped nuts, and more to create our ever-growing range of flavors for you to enjoy. As part of our continual efforts to provide an unrivaled sweet selection, we also carry a variety of premium toppings to add to your ice cream.
